ASSET DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
QADO Services has brought to the energy industry an alternative contracted service which optimises the management of conventional and unconventional oil and gas, and energy infrastructure assets by fully integrating the contributors to the ultimate asset value. It does this by providing a high-level, fully aligned team, and proprietary processes to ensure delivery of all value adding elements for the current asset owner or potential purchaser.
The QADO integrated service offering, brings all of the value creating elements together at the outset, ensuring a common aim is achieved, that being the maximisation of asset value through jointly identified opportunities, agreed plans and linked performance targets. With the key ingredient being a jointly driven commitment to project value achievement for asset owners, this approach is illustrated below for a typical oil or gas asset.
QADO offers services that can range from managing specific development stage or operational activities through to complete management of the asset and the joint venture agreement (JVA), if required. QADO may also provide services to non-operator JV partners.
SUBSURFACE INTEGRATION
By virtue of its strong linkage to LEAP Energy in Australia, QADO Services has ongoing access to the full complement of subsurface skills and disciplines provided by LEAP Energy. A specialist subsurface consultancy, LEAP Energy is well regarded for subsurface studies, preparation of field development plans and advisory services. It is very proud of the significant operator experience of its staff.
With QADO, LEAP Energy has executed an agreement to provide a full range of integrated E&P subsurface consulting solutions, from exploration, appraisal, and field development planning, through to reservoir management and production optimisation.

FIELD DEVELOPMENT
QADO offers extensive Field Development capability. The QADO team is highly experienced with the design and implementation of all aspects of field development from feasibility through to execution. QADO will manage an entire integrated field development programme comprising economics and commercial, stakeholder and community engagement, regulatory approvals, subsurface wells, surface facilities, operations readiness, and commissioning.
DRILLING AND COMPLETIONS INTEGRATION
QADO Services has a service agreement with well engineering and project management firm inGauge Energy. Through this valued service provision partnership, QADO is able to incorporate the experience, technical and practical aspects of Well Engineering from design and feasibility studies through to one-stop-shop drilling and completions program execution.

SURFACE FACILITIES
With decades of experience in hydrocarbon facility development from concept definition to commissioning, start-up and handover, for projects both onshore and offshore Australia and internationally, the QADO team capability covers both greenfield and brownfield developments, offshore platforms and sub sea completions, onshore field gathering systems, process plants and pipelines.
The QADO team have extensive experience and success in building and leading owner’s teams for project delivery, contractor and vendor selection, management and integration for engineering, procurement and construction phases. Facilities value is driven by uncomplicated, fit for purpose solutions and contracting strategies that integrate the delivery process, take full account of contractor capability and experience, and allocate risk fairly.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
The QADO team benefits from experience gained in operations which span conventional oil and gas fields, coal seam gas (CSG/CBM) fields, gas and liquid hydrocarbon-fired power generation, oil and gas treatment and compression facilities, LPG extraction plants and LNG plants and shipping facilities.
