HEALTH AND SAFETY

At QADO Services Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for our workforce, contractors and visitors, by establishing and maintaining an WHS Management System, modelled on the International Standard AS NZS 4801:2001.

The provision of a healthy and safe workplace is an on‐going process requiring the training and instruction of our workforce in the development, implementation and improvement of healthy and safe work practices.

Our Health and Safety Policy includes a commitment to:

  • Place the health and safety of our workforce, contractors and visitors ahead of protection of the QADO Services’ business;
  • The systematic identification, assessment and management of all health and safety risks to levels that are as low as reasonably practicable;
  • Provide strong, skilled safety leadership and develop a committed and engaged workforce;
  • Train supervisors, especially in potential high risk areas, in the basic principles of risk management and incident prevention;
  • Establish and regularly review measurable objectives and targets aimed at the elimination of work related illnesses, injuries, and incidents;
  • Comply with all of the health and safety and other legislation relevant to the operation of our business;
  • Hold all levels of management fully responsible and accountable for the control of hazards and the prevention of incidents in the areas under their control;
  • Investigate the cause of every serious work related illness, injury and incident and take corrective and preventive actions as appropriate;
  • Review and maintain this policy and to communicate it to all levels within our organisation; and
  • Make our policy available to interested parties.

QUALITY

QADO Services Pty Ltd is committed to providing services that meet our client requirements and expectations for quality, efficiency and reliability.  Our services in the oil and gas sector cover subsurface appraisal, field development planning, well engineering and construction, facilities engineering and construction, regulatory compliance and production operations.

Our Quality Policy includes a commitment to:

  • Operate a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9000:2015 (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016);
  • Place the quality of the services we provide as paramount to the protection of QADO Services’ business;
  • Meet or exceed the services expectations of our clients, while complying with relevant legislation;
  • Set quality objectives aligned with our quality policy, and measure our achievement of these objectives;
  • Train our workforce to improve their understanding of our quality management system and procedures, and to develop their commitment and engagement;
  • Hold all levels of management fully responsible and accountable for the quality of services the areas under their control;
  • Apply continuous improvement to our Quality Management System to ensure its ongoing effectiveness;
  • Review and maintain this policy and to communicate our policy, quality objectives and requirements to all levels within our organisation; and
  • Make our policy available to interested parties.

ENVIRONMENT

At QADO Services Pty Ltd, we take seriously our responsibility to care and protect the environment in which we operate.  We recognise the environmental impact that oil and gas development and production emissions can have on the environment.  We are committed to improving environmental performance across all of our business activities, and expect our contractors and visitors to share that commitment.

Our Environmental Policy includes a commitment to:

  • Operate an Environmental Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 14000:2015.
  • Place the protection of the environment in which we operate ahead of protection of the QADO Services’ business;
  • The systematic identification, assessment and management of all environmental risks to levels that are as low as reasonably practicable;
  • Comply with the environmental standards and legislation requirements in the areas in which we operate;
  • Establish and regularly review measurable objectives and targets aimed at the elimination of environmental incidents;
  • Train our workforce to improve their understanding of our environmental responsibility and management system and procedures, and to develop their commitment and engagement;
  • Hold all levels of management fully responsible and accountable for the environmental care in the areas under their control;
  • Investigate the cause of every significant environmental incident and take corrective and preventive actions as appropriate;
  • Review and maintain this policy and to communicate it to all levels within our organisation; and
  • Make our policy available to interested parties.
